However, due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and healthcare services, our return and refund policy is governed by Indian regulations including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
1. Medicines (Ayurvedic, Allopathy)
● No Returns on Opened/Used Medicines: Once opened or used, medicines cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons as per Drugs and Cosmetics Rules.
● Unopened Medicines: Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery if:
● Product is unopened, undamaged, and in original sealed packaging
● Manufacturing defect or wrong item dispatched (subject to verification)
● Expiry date must be more than 6 months from delivery date
● No Returns for:
● Change of mind
● Expired or near-expiry products at delivery
● Temperature-sensitive products (unless proven damage during transit)
2. Medical Devices (BP Machine, Glucometer, Thermometer, etc.)
● Returns accepted within 10 days for unopened, unused products with original packaging
● Defective/Damaged devices can be replaced or refunded after inspection
● Calibration-related issues covered under manufacturer warranty (not our
responsibility)
3. Pathology Services & Test Reports
● No Refunds on completed tests or issued reports
● Home Sample Collection: Refund possible only if sample collection fails due to our error (within 48 hours)
● Rescheduling free for valid reasons; no refund for no-shows
